1. Our Approach
PrimeSpaceWorks provides advisory and brokerage services, billed as engagement fees, retainers or success-based commissions as agreed in writing before any work begins. Because advisory time, market research and negotiation work begin immediately once an engagement starts, fees are generally not refundable once services have commenced. Where a refund or credit applies, this policy explains how it works.
2. Before Engagement
Initial consultations, requirement discussions and market introductions are free of charge. No fee is due until you have received and accepted a written engagement note describing the scope, deliverables and commercial terms.
3. Retainers and Engagement Fees
Retainers and engagement fees cover allocated advisory time, research, site visits and coordination. They are billed in advance for the period agreed and are non-refundable once the period has started, except where PrimeSpaceWorks fails to deliver the agreed scope. In that case, a proportionate refund or credit for undelivered work will be provided within 15 business days of written confirmation.
4. Success Fees and Commissions
Success fees, brokerage commissions and similar outcome-based amounts become payable only on the agreed event (for example, lease signing or deal closure) and are not refundable after the event has occurred, except where required by law or where PrimeSpaceWorks agrees otherwise in writing.
5. Third-Party Costs
Costs paid to third parties on your behalf: such as government fees, registration charges, stamp duty, legal fees or vendor payments: are pass-through amounts. They can be refunded only to the extent the third party refunds them to PrimeSpaceWorks.
6. Cancellation by You
You may cancel an engagement in writing at any time. Fees for work already performed up to the cancellation date remain payable. Any prepaid amount for work not yet performed will be credited or refunded at PrimeSpaceWorks' discretion, within 15 business days.
7. Cancellation by PrimeSpaceWorks
If PrimeSpaceWorks cancels an engagement before the agreed scope is delivered, you will receive a full refund of fees for undelivered work, without prejudice to work already completed and invoiced.
8. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method within 15 business days of approval. Bank processing times may add a few extra days. Applicable taxes (such as GST) are handled as per the invoice and law; where a tax has been remitted, its refund follows the statutory process.
9. Not a Property Payment
PrimeSpaceWorks never collects rent, security deposits, booking amounts or property payments on behalf of landlords. Any such amounts are settled directly between you and the property owner under the owner's terms; PrimeSpaceWorks is not a party to those refunds.
