1. What a cookie is

A cookie is a small text file stored by your browser when you visit a website. It lets the site remember a preference or a session between page loads. Cookies do not run programs and cannot read other files on your device. We also use your browser's local storage for the same limited purpose: remembering what you last viewed so the page behaves consistently.

2. The cookies we use

We keep this short on purpose. PrimeSpaceWorks runs a deliberately small cookie set and we do not sell data collected through it.

  • Strictly necessary. Required for the site to function: remembering your navigation state, form progress in a single session, and basic security. These cannot be switched off without breaking the site.
  • Preference. Remember the choices you make, such as which corridor, format or filter you last selected, so you do not have to re-enter them.
  • First-party measurement. Aggregate, privacy-respecting counts of which pages, service pages, case files and articles lead to an enquiry. These are stored on our own server as anonymous totals and are never used to build an advertising profile or to identify you personally.
  • Third-party service cookies. Only when you actively interact with an embedded third-party element: for example Google Fonts (typography) and the WhatsApp click-to-chat link. Those providers set their own cookies under their own policies once you engage with the element; we load them in a way that defers that until interaction wherever the provider allows it.

We do not use cross-site advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or data brokers on this website.

3. What we do not collect through cookies

Our website deliberately excludes commercial detail from anything client-side. Cookies and local storage on this site never contain property prices, rent or per-seat figures, building identities, exact addresses, availability dates, or the contents of a private advisory brief. That information is held server-side and released only through a signed brief: it is not written into your browser.

4. Legal basis

Strictly necessary cookies are used on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a working website. Preference, measurement and third-party cookies are used on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

5. Managing and withdrawing consent

You are in control at every level:

  • Browser settings. Every major browser lets you view, block and delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of this site working.
  • Private or incognito mode. Session cookies and local storage are discarded when the window is closed.
  • Direct request. Ask us to clear any stored preference associated with your enquiry by writing to info@primespaceworks.in or calling +91 99103 21131: we action requests within 30 days.
  • Third-party controls. Providers such as Google and Meta publish their own opt-out tools for cookies set through embedded elements.

6. Retention

Strictly necessary and preference cookies are session-scoped or expire within 12 months of your last visit. Aggregate first-party measurement totals are retained for 24 months and hold no personal identifiers. Third-party cookies follow the retention periods set by that provider.

7. Changes to this policy

If we add a cookie category or change how any category is used, we will update this page and revise the date shown above before the change takes effect. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.

8. Contact

Questions about this policy, or about how commercial real estate and workspace advisory enquiries are handled, can be sent to info@primespaceworks.in or +91 99103 21131. See also our Privacy Policy for how personal information is collected, used and protected.
