What exactly does PrimeSpaceWorks do?
We are a commercial real estate and workspace advisory. We take a requirement: headcount, timing, budget posture and growth plan: and turn it into a shortlist of verified options across Delhi NCR, with the commercial logic and risks written out. We do not operate a listings marketplace; every mandate is advised, reviewed and negotiated with you.
Which locations do you cover?
Our source-listed inventory and corridor intelligence focus on Gurugram and the wider Delhi NCR: including Noida, Delhi and the connecting office corridors. If your requirement sits outside NCR, tell us; we will say honestly whether we are the right advisor for it.
Do you publish prices or availability on the website?
No: deliberately. Public “market rate” listings go stale in days and invite misleading comparisons. Commercials, building identities and live availability are released only through a signed advisory brief for your specific requirement, so what you receive is current, verified and genuinely comparable.
How is an engagement priced?
We work on a transparent engagement model agreed up front: there is a page on this site describing the models and what each includes. No figure is published publicly because scope differs by mandate; your brief states the model and the commercials before any commitment.
How long does a typical mandate take?
A focused requirement review and shortlist usually takes days, not weeks. Lease negotiation, fit-out coordination and move-in timelines depend on the option chosen and the landlord side. Your brief carries a dated timeline with checkpoints: you always know what is waiting on whom.
What is the difference between an inventory option and a shortlist?
The inventory is our anonymised, source-listed view of the NCR market: format, corridor, area band and fit state. A shortlist is the curated output of your advisory brief: a small set of options that match your requirement, with verified detail, commercials and risks written out for decision-making.
Can you represent us on a lease renewal or renegotiation?
Yes. Renewals are often where the most value is recovered, because the alternative of moving is your strongest negotiating position. We benchmark your current terms against the live market and manage the renegotiation end to end.
Do you also help property owners and landlords?
Yes. Owners engage us for occupier-side perspective: how their space reads against competing options, what occupiers actually screen for, and how to prepare and position space so it lets faster with stronger covenants.
What if we already have a broker?
We complement rather than replace. Many clients use their broker for transactions while using us for the structured review: requirement definition, option screening, commercial comparison and risk checks: so decisions are made on evidence rather than on whichever listing arrived first.
How do we start?
Send your requirement through the brief form or the contact page: headcount, corridor preference, timing and what must change. You get a structured read of your options and a clear next step, with no obligation.
